This giant scarf is an exceptional piece: Henri d'Origny's iconic "Arabesques" design (created in 1964) is sublimated here in a spectacular 140 cm version in changeant silk mousseline. Changeant mousseline is one of the most magical materials at Hermès. Applied to the classic, structured design of "Arabesques", it creates a fascinating contrast. The motif seems to come alive and the colours literally blaze. It is a piece of incredible sophistication, a true "jewel of fabric" that wraps the silhouette in a warm, shimmering aura.
