Mechanics of Time - HERMES SCARF 90 CM

Sale price26,400.00 RSD

The Hermès "Mechanics of Time" scarf was designed in 2002 by Loïc Dubigeon. This square is inspired by Prague's medieval astronomical clock, an engineering masterpiece dating back to 1410. Located on the south wall of the Old Town Hall, this clock is renowned for its intricate astronomical dial, illustrating the positions of the sun and moon, as well as its procession of the apostles, which comes to life every hour. Despite the centuries that have passed, it remains in perfect working order, a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship of the era. The color palette is superb and rare. A beautiful range of shades of purple (lilac, mauve, lavender, amethyst), white, and small touches of taupe intertwine harmoniously, evoking the delicate dance of the gears of time.

This scarf is in very good condition . However, please note the presence of a few stains, pulled threads, and some soiling on the fold, visible in the photos. The photos are an integral part of the description; we encourage you to examine them carefully before purchasing. These minor imperfections are not noticeable once the scarf is worn.
