Hermès 90cm scarf – Châteaux d'Arrière – Julia Abadie (1974)
Created in 1974 by Julia Abadie, Châteaux d'Arrière is a rare and refined scarf, emblematic of the Argentinian designer's elegant style. This is the very first edition in the 90 cm format, never reissued in this larger size. In 2012, Hermès offered a new version, but only in the 70 cm format, which is far less sought after by collectors.
Palette
Bright green, off-white and gold – a subtle and elegant harmony.
State
Very good vintage condition. A few light marks are visible (see last photo), no holes or tears. Impeccable rolled hem.
This scarf has been cleaned in a specialist partner dry cleaner and carefully ironed.
